Prepare the Yeast

First Rise
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for 1-1.5 hours until doubled.
Shape and Second Rise
- Divide dough in half, place in two 9x5 pans. Cover and let rise for 45-60 minutes.
Bake and Finish
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Immediately brush the tops with melted salted butter for a shiny finish.
