Prepare Apples
- Melt 1 tbsp butter in a skillet. Add diced apples and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook for 2-3 minutes until a dark, gooey glaze forms.
Assembly & Cooking
- Spread cream cheese on half of each tortilla. Top with the glazed apple mixture and fold.
- Melt remaining butter in a clean skillet. Sear quesadillas for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown with slight char marks.
- Slice into triangles, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with a drizzle of maple syrup.
