- Toast the Nuts and Noodles: In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the slivered almonds and crushed ramen noodles until they are fragrant and lightly golden. This step enhances their nutty flavor and adds an incredible crunch.
- Combine the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded napa cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, edamame, green onions, and chopped cilantro.
