Dough Preparation
- Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.

Assembly & Baking
- Stretch dough into a rectangle on greased parchment paper. Let rest 15 minutes.

- Bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes until cheese is blistered and edges are golden-brown.
- Dust with oregano and parsley, slice into rectangular strips, and serve.
