- Cook your chicken using your preferred method (grilled, fried, or use rotisserie). Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain and chop. Dice the tomatoes and shred the lettuce.
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing. Stir until everything is well-coated.
- Warm the tortillas for 15-20 seconds in a microwave or dry skillet to make them pliable. Lay a tortilla flat and layer the shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes down the center.
- Spoon half of the chicken mixture on top of the lettuce and tomatoes. Fold the bottom edge up over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly into a burrito shape.
- Slice the wrap in half on a diagonal and serve immediately, with extra ranch for dipping if desired.
Notes
Toasting Tip: For a crispy, golden-brown exterior, place the folded wrap seam-side down in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until toasted.
