Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, crumbled bacon (if using), and green onions (if using). Mix until well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat. Spread a quarter of the chicken mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small 1/2-inch border.
- Roll the tortilla up into a tight log. Wrap the log securely in plastic wrap.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling. Place the wrapped logs in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Once chilled, unwrap the logs. Use a sharp, serrated knife to cut them into 1-inch thick slices. Arrange on a platter and serve.
Notes
Tip 1: For the cleanest slices, make sure the roll-ups are well-chilled. Don't rush this step!
Tip 2: A serrated knife works best for cutting through the tortillas without squishing the filling.
Tip 3: Use full-fat cream cheese for the best flavor and a firmer filling.
