Prepare the Salmon

- Whisk olive oil, lime juice, honey, garlic, and cilantro. Brush onto salmon fillets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes in the upper third of the oven until edges are slightly charred and center is soft pink.
Prepare the Salsa
- Gently toss diced avocado, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice until glossy and well-combined.
- Top each fillet with a generous amount of salsa. Garnish with stray cilantro flakes and lime drops on the plate.
