- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the broccoli florets and 1/4 cup of water to the skillet. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water to create a slurry. Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Stir the cornstarch slurry into the simmering sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Toss to coat the beef and broccoli. Serve immediately.
