- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash, trim the ends, and halve the Brussels sprouts lengthwise.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Do not overcrowd the pan. Roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until tender and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine and serve hot.

For Extra Crispy Sprouts: Ensure your oven is fully preheated and do not overcrowd the pan. Giving the sprouts space is key to roasting, not steaming.
