Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Sauté the diced onion and bell pepper for 5-7 minutes until softened. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the shaved steak. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-8 minutes, breaking up the meat, until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Return the cooked vegetables to the skillet with the steak. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the steak and vegetable mixture evenly over the bottom rolls. Layer the provolone cheese slices on top of the meat. Place the top slab of rolls over the cheese.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter glaze evenly over the top of the rolls. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
- Let the sliders cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
