- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a large, rimmed baking sheet in the oven to heat up.
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato cubes, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Toss well to ensure the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Carefully remove the hot baking sheet from the oven. Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single, even layer. Do not overcrowd the pan.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are tender on the inside and crispy and caramelized on the outside.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
