- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, dill pickle relish, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Set aside.
- Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions (2 oz each). Place one ball of beef in the center of a tortilla and press it into a very thin, even layer covering the tortilla.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Place tacos beef-side down and season the tortilla. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the beef is browned. Flip, top with a slice of cheese, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the tortilla is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, fold in half, and fill with shredded lettuce, diced onion, pickles, and a generous drizzle of the burger sauce. Serve immediately.
