Shell Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut 24 circles from the tortillas and lightly coat with oil.
- Press circles into muffin tin and bake for 6-8 minutes until crispy and golden.
Filling and Assembly
- Brown beef in a skillet, drain fat, add seasoning and water, and simmer until thick.
- Fill cups with beef and cheese; bake 2-3 minutes until cheese is fully melted.
- Allow to cool slightly, then apply a thick drizzle of ranch dressing over each bite.
Notes
Use a block of cheese and shred it yourself for the best melt.
